T & L Truck Repair Inc

Very rude people. One of my dispatchers called to see if T&L could potentially assist a driver in need of Roadside assistance and was immediately belittled for asking the vendor for rates. She was told "You're asking the wrong questions, which means you can't afford me." What a magnificent way to conduct business.

T&L does a great job diagnosing and repairing issues that arise with our fleet and do so in a timely manner! Highly recommend!

I called to see if they could work on my truck and they were very rude. And hang the phone up and used foul language. Stay away from these idiots

Great, honest, straight people. I am from Toronto, Canada. Had to fix a Trailer door in Wilmington, NC on July 25th, 2018. Went to their shop and they made me feel welcome since I got there. Once they knew I was from out of town, they prioritized my situation. They found the solution, and went to work. They fixed the door in just 90 minutes and I was on my way. The price was very very reasonable compared to what the other trailer repair shop in town wanted to charge me. I had the pleasure to talk to the Owner David Wilson for a while. Just honest, straight, good people who know what they do and also have respect for their costumers. If you ever need help while in the area I do recommend them 100%. I left very happy and thankful for their Professionalism, ethics, costumer service, and price. Thank you!!
